SWITCH will take place in the University Portucalense in Oporto, Portugal. Attendees will enjoy a modern 350-person auditorium as well as big networking areas where you’ll have coffee breaks with other attendees. There will be puffs, sofas and chairs laying around for you to seat and have coffee with people you’ll meet. Oh, did we mention this area will also be used for some cool activities we’re preparing?
There will be also a second auditorium for 60 people where other activities, as for instance the Startup Competition, will take place. The venue will have WiFi for participants to use and a lounge for speakers and bloggers/press.
If the weather helps you’ll also be able to enjoy a space outdoors to where you can escape to get some fresh air :)
The University is very well located, with a metro station just a couple of meters from the main entrance and a mall just across the street (convenient for having lunch).
We really tried hard to find a venue that would fit our networking and learning goals and we’re happy Portucalense accepted our challenge. We think you’ll enjoy it as much as we do. Take a look at some pictures.
